Your text and files never reach a server

Text you paste, files you upload and the recovered results are processed entirely inside your browser. Nothing is sent to or stored on a server in any form. This is not a policy promise but a property of how the program is built — this site has no server that receives text.

Closing or reloading the tab discards what you entered. Browser storage such as localStorage and sessionStorage is not used either, so nothing remains on your device.

Accordingly, the following are not collected: name, email address, phone number, account details, the contents of text or files you enter, or file names.

Fonts are loaded from an external service

That does not mean the page makes no external requests at all. The typefaces used on screen are loaded from Google Fonts, so opening the page sends requests to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. In the course of that, your IP address and browser type may be passed to Google.

What is passed is the connection information needed to fetch a font; the text you enter is not part of it. This is currently the only external request this site makes.

Cookies

This site does not currently use cookies, and no visitor analytics tool is installed.

If advertising is added in future, third parties including Google may use cookies to show ads based on your previous visits. Should that happen, this document will be updated first and whatever consent mechanism is required at that point will be put in place. You can turn off personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings.

Server access logs

This site is served by a static hosting provider. That provider may keep ordinary access records such as IP address, timestamp and requested path, for operating the service and responding to faults. The operator does not use those records to identify individual users.

Children

This site is not directed at children, and it collects no personal information from users of any age.

If this policy changes, it will be reflected on this page along with the updated date. Changes that actually alter what is collected — such as introducing advertising or analytics — will be written here before they take effect.
